There are no agency fees to begin. We start shortlisting and presenting profiles immediately. You only pay once you have interviewed candidates and confirmed a helper you are genuinely satisfied with.
Unlimited Replacements (Terms Apply)
We do not encourage immediate replacements — we believe both parties deserve sufficient time to adjust. As long as your helper has worked with you for more than six months and you are still within the nine-month replacement period, you may request a replacement by transferring her back to us. There are no additional agency fees for this process, though relevant third-party costs — including maid insurance, admin fees, medical checks, and transport — will still apply.
