Processing and Administration
The Processing and Administrative Team (TAM) plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth hiring and documentation processes.
It is divided into 2 key areas:
- Work from anywhere
- Competitive salary
Administrative Team (“AT”)
- Purchase insurance (emailing)
- Prepare E-Issuance paperwork (soft copy)
- Prepare handover paperwork (hard copy)
Processing Team (“PT”)
- Apply IPA (ensure accuracy of employer details and MDW passport details)
- Handle IPA rejections – inform PRM and assist with appeals
- Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower on requirements and appeals.
- Notify AT once IPA is approved
- E-issue work permit after AT completes declaration form & SB
- Send temporary work permit and notice of issuance to the Runner Team for thumbprint appointment
